When you upload a photo, it will automatically be cropped into a square (1:1 ratio) to fit the design of our magnets. Since most photos are rectangular, parts of your image may be clipped. You can use our editor to reposition, zoom, or adjust the image to ensure the important parts are fully visible and the design looks perfect.

Since our printing process is automated, we cannot make adjustments to your photos after they are uploaded. Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for issues resulting from improperly cropped or positioned images.
